This AR-15 Lower Receiver from CNCGuns.com is an unstitched CAD model – meaning Fusion 360 thinks there are hundreds of individual bodies.  The AR Lower should be a single body.  Using the Patch environment in Fusion 360, we can fix this problem by stitching the model together!
